At Good Totes, we want you to love your new companion, but we understand if things aren't quite right. You can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your tote in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
